“ Ben Gong's Tea locations are not that common, but they make their mark by producing consistent drinks every time I go. The cups here are unique and I like their designs. I get their cheese slush or mango sago. While I like Yi Fang's mango sago better, ben gong also has a decent drink. I always feel like their drinks are never that cold. Perhaps because the cups are a little more insulated? ”

“ With the Snackpass app, you get rewards and free drinks here. The matcha drinks were my favorite, but their mango and Dahongpao drinks are delicious as well. They are REALLY friendly & make many amazing drinks! I visited this place a lot! I miss Virginia. ”

“ Has been here for a few times. The taste of their bubble tea is excellent, and they offer a wide variety of flavors. It's safe to say that the bubble tea here is one of the best I've had in the US. As someone who pays attention to aesthetics, I appreciate the shop's appealing appearance. It's always very clean inside, with comfortable seating available. A big thumbs up for this place! ”

“ Although their pearl milk tea is on the pricier side (although I guess all boba is $8 nowadays), they have some very unique flavors such as their osmanthus fermented rice milk tea which reminds me of traditional jiuniang and is my favorite, a close second being the tiramisu milk tea. One can order ahead through Snackpass and I think their 50% sweet is still a little too sweet, but they are very good about making their orders on time. Recommend getting less ice as well, since the ice can melt very fast and make your drink watered down. Note that most of the drinks already come with toppings, but there are a lot of options. They also have tea cubes, which are interesting but taste just like jelly. ”

“ Usually, before mixing, the bottom part of the boba is warm and soft, but after mixing, it becomes slightly hard. But the boba here remained soft even after mixing it cold. When I looked from the outside, I thought the store was closed because all the windows were tinted, so I couldn't see inside. Even after entering the store, that feeling continued, and I felt stuffy. ”

“ The drinks are phenomenal. You can tell the Ingredients are fresh and of course you would watch the drinks to be freshly made. It might be a bit of wait during weekends but the baristas/cashiers are kind and polite. ”

“ Nice clean shop and loads of options. I got a black sesame slush, 50% sweetener and added boba. It was great! I will definitely go back as I saw lots of flavor choices I’d love. Service prompt and easy. They do have a self order screen option too. ”
